Blue and Teal Winged Liner | Makeup Tutorial

Today’s blue and teal winged liner look was inspired by my Colourpop order arriving!  I had been waiting all summer for Bee Sting and the Ultra Metallic Liquid Lipsticks to be restocked, and when they finally were, I went a little crazy.  I kept the rest of the look neutral (ok, except for the highlight) to keep the focus on the pop of blue on the lower lashline, and the metallic pop to the center of the lips.  I love how this came out – I think it is neutral enough to be toned down for day by skipping the lower lashline, and fun enough to be an alternative to a typical smokey eye.  I hope you enjoy!
